[Critical Mixed Race Studies (CMRS)]1 is a biennial conference, journal (JCMRS), field of study, and scholarly and activist community. Our 4th conference #CMRS2017 is coming up February 24-26th at the University of South California, hosted by the USC Shinso Ito Center for Japanese Religions and Culture. The conference will feature over 50 panels, roundtables, and caucus sessions organized by the CMRS Association plus 2 feature film screenings, LIVE performance show and Performance Sampler produced by Mixed Roots Stories.
